Owner does have tenants lined up and have not signed leases yet. Should have leases together next week. Will update the remarks with lease details asap. Tenants pay all utilities. Landlord handles the lawn. Landlord owns all appliances. Unit 404’s stove and refrigerator are about two years old. The rest are brand new.
